1- Start with the clean hair. Apply a mousse or hair gel. Remember not to use too much and start at the ends.

2- Take a wide comb and comb all your hair backwards. Smoothen your hair with your hands and apply a hair spray on the crown. Again, brush your hair and smoothen it.

3- Bend down so that all your hair is flipped forward. Get all your hair in hands and make a high ponytail.

4- For a low bun secure the ponytail at the nape of your neck. For a higher bun secure the ponytail higher on the back of your head.


5- Smooth out any bumps by running your fingers in hair.


6- Use an elastic that matches your hair color.

7- In the last flip, don't let all your hair go down ponytail. Instead, leave it there and make a high bun.

8- Secure the sides of the bun with hair pins, tucking them into the back of the bun to pull it closer to your head.

9- Pull out some small strands of hair from around the bun with your fingers.

10- Lastly, spray the bun lightly with hairspray to make it stay in shape for long time.

If you can hold your hair straight with a comb and blow dry it, it will hold that position and get straight.

Coconut Milk:
Apply fresh coconut milk regularly. Bathing with coconut milk is known to straighten your hair because coconut milk contains nutrients that can straighten your hair. Apply the coconut milk after your last rinsing and leave it on the hair for at least 5 minutes. After this, you may rinse your hair with water only. Do not use shampoo or soap as these can take away the nutrients from coconut milk.

Coconut Milk and Lemon Juice:
Pour eight ounces of coconut milk into a cup or a glass. Add in the juice of one full lemon. Make a mixture and  before getting your hair wet apply the cream to your hair. Wrap your hair in a towel for about an hour and then wash your hair like your normally would. If you use this method three times a week, your hair should straighten gradually over time.

Castor Oil:
Castor oil is another effective substance that you can apply to make your hair straight. After bathing, generously apply castor oil to your hair then dry it with the use of hair dryer.

Milk, Honey and Strawberries:
Use one cup of milk and add in a few drops of honey. Mash up a few strawberries and add them to the mixture. Apply this to your hair making sure you get every piece of hair that you can and wrap your hair in a towel for about two hours. Wash your hair with a mild shampoo as you normally do. Brush your hair using a wide toothed comb and blow dry your hair. This would help you get straight hair.

Soy Bean Oil:
Oil treatment is most effective as it conditions your hair and helps it stay hydrated. You can use one teaspoon of soy bean oil and two teaspoons of castor oil.  You can also combine half a cup of dried rosemary leaves and half a cup of olive oil and heat it over a low flame. Strain and apply on your scalp and hair. Leave on for 30 minutes and wash off with a shampoo and cover with a towel and dry.

Before you start doing make up, Apply ice packs on face it reduces sweating to a larger extent.

Use lighter foundation during summer time. 

Avoid using very heavy eye shadows and mascaras in summer. Instead, you should use lighter shades. 

It's a good idea to use blush and highlight your cheeks a bit. Your cheeks can be more highlighted with the use of pinks or brown.

Keep your lips moisturized and prevent drying and cracking in the summer. Make the maximum use of lip glosses with gentle shades.


Natural Tips to Glow your Skin

Looking beautiful is what every woman desires. A glowing skin is a sign of good health. To get glowing skin below are some tips for you to get started.


1- Drink plenty of water. You need to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day if you want to have a beautiful skin complexion.

Mash a banana with milk
and apply on face and leave it for 20 minutes. Wash it with cold water to get a skin that will glow.

Rub a piece of papaya on your face and neck for 15 minutes.

Mix egg white with honey and apply on the face for 20 minutes. Wash it with cold water.

Make a paste by mixing 2 tablespoon turmeric powder in orange juice. Scrub it on your face and neck and leave it for 20 minutes. Wash it with cold water.

Boil cabbage in water. Wash your face with this water.



BONUS TIP:
Mix 3 teaspoons of baby oil and 2 teaspoons of sugar together. Rub your hands, feet or any body part and leave it on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse it off with warm water.

Oily skin is more likely to bring blackheads, skin shine, pimples, zits, rough pores, and other embarrassing blemishes.

On the other hand, If you have oily skin, you�re really lucky. The signs of aging will not show on your face as soon as they will on dry and normal skin. This is because the oil works to keep precious moisture locked in the outermost layer of skin regions. However, the care of oily skin can be a frustrating problem.

Tips for Oily Skin:

Wash your face as many times as you can in a day.

Wash your face with hot water. It dissolves oil more effectively than cool or lukewarm water.

Choose the right cleanser
: Whether you prefer bar soap or liquid cleansers, avoid products that have added moisturizers. Instead, you can use cleansers formulated specifically for oily skin.
 

Avoid eating fried and cheesy food.

Rub your face with ice-cubes and you can also try ice water mixed with lime juice and wash the face with this mixture.

Watch your diet. Eat less chocolate or sweets and reduce the use of fish and iodized salt.

Use clay masks or mud masks, it reduces greasiness and help tone your skin and draw out impurities.





Apply a mixture of rosewater, lemon juice and multani mitti on your face and after it gets dry remove or wash it off.

Grape seed oil is an excellent base oil, which is great for oily skin.

Apply on your face a mixture of cucumber juice and lemon juice mixed in the same proportion.

Take a piece of tomato and rub it on your face for removing blackheads.






Egg-white masks are said to firm the skin and soak up oil. Mix one teaspoon of honey with an egg white and stir well. Then add just enough flour to make a paste. Apply the mask to your face, avoiding the eye area. Let it dry for about ten minutes, then wash it off with warm water.

Use water-based, non-comedogenic cosmetics.

Use more glycerin-based soaps.

Use Deep Cleanser or Almond Cleansing Milk.

Throughout the day, powder your face with loose face powder, which will blot up excess oil. Don�t use pressed powder, it contains oil and it may foster blemishes or make existing acne worse.

Always remove your makeup before going to bed, but avoid cold creams and lotions, which may leave a greasy film on your skin.
